I was hooked when one of my best friends let me listen to Cat Power. I honestly can't get enough of her voice. It's not for everyone, some people find it too depressing, or slow. But just give her a try.
Plus. She's gorgeous and has amazing style.
I saw her in concert a couple of years ago, it was filled with cigarettes and beer, but it was a very inspiring performance, and I never wanted it to end.
